A seat is one active licensed user. Devices are separate and are typically shared across shifts, so a 200 worker site running three shifts does not need 200 pairs of glasses. When a worker leaves, the seat is reassigned to the replacement at no charge.

No. The copilot sits on the system you run today. If you are mid migration from classic WM to EWM, it runs on what you have now and survives the migration.

Connecting to a live warehouse system triggers a security review, typically four to ten weeks. We ship an IT prerequisites pack at signature so that review starts on day one, and pilots begin in read only shadow mode, which needs minimal access while workers experience the product. The review runs in parallel rather than ahead of everything else.

Connector configuration typically runs in days. The pacing item is your IT review, which is why shadow mode exists.

Three vendors. Vuzix is the primary, with the LX1 and the M400. RealWear covers the Navigator and the ARC. Android tablets and handhelds are the fallback for any worker who should not wear glasses. The same copilot runs on all of them.

Picking continues from the cached queue, verification runs on the device, and confirmations sync back when coverage returns. The write back is idempotent, so a replayed confirmation cannot be recorded twice.

The research is blunt about first generation AR picking: ergonomics was the top adoption barrier, driven by tethered battery packs, one sided weight, and eye strain, with 77.6% overall acceptance. Our hardware choices answer that record directly. The Vuzix LX1 is a lightweight monocular device purpose built for full shift picking with no tethered pack. Devices get per worker fit adjustment and are cleaned between shifts, and the Android tablet fallback exists for any worker who should not wear glasses. Worker acceptance is measured in every pilot and reported with the results.

No. There is no facial recognition and no individual shaming by design. The copilot adapts to each worker's pace and supervisors see operational metrics, but analytics are aggregate first.

English and Spanish at launch, chosen per worker. Warehouse data such as bin labels stays in its source language to match the shelf.

Not yet. SOC 2 readiness is underway and the controls are documented for your IT review. We say readiness rather than certified because that is what is true today.
