Connector configuration against your landscape typically runs in days. The pacing item is your own security review, which is why pilots start in read only shadow mode: workers use the copilot while that review runs in parallel rather than after it.

A threshold model, per worker

The copilot watches picks per hour, errors, and hesitation, and moves each worker between three guidance tiers when their measured rates cross the boundary. No supervisor setting, and no choice for the worker to make.

Four categories, described as what they are. We are not going to tell you what any of them costs, how long any of them takes to deploy, or how any of them handles a wrong pick, because we do not run them and any answer we gave would be a guess dressed as a fact.

RF handheld

A handheld scanner shows the next task on its screen. The worker reads it, travels, scans to verify, and confirms, holding the device through the pick.

Voice picking

A headset reads the task aloud and the worker answers with spoken check digits. Hands and eyes stay free, and the dialogue follows a script defined for the task.

Static pick by vision

Guidance appears in a head mounted display rather than on a handheld screen. The content is defined up front and shown the same way to each worker, which is what the word static describes.
