APXR Pick
What the copilot does, and what V1 supports.
The capabilities APXR Pick ships with today, the picking processes version 1 supports, the ones on the roadmap, and what happens when a pick does not go to plan. Narrow and explicit, so your operation can tell before a pilot whether it fits.
Capabilities
What ships today.
Adaptive tiers
It adapts to every worker
The copilot watches picks per hour, errors, and hesitation, and moves each worker through three tiers automatically. The tiers are a threshold model, not a judgement call: a worker moves when their measured rate and error rate cross the boundary, with no supervisor setting and no choice for the worker to make.
Language
English and Spanish
Guidance and voice narration run in either language, chosen per worker. Warehouse data such as bin labels stays in its source language to match the shelf.
Verification
It blocks wrong picks before they happen
Camera based barcode verification confirms the bin and the item before a pick can proceed. Wrong bin, wrong item, and short picks are caught at the shelf, not at the pack station. Verification runs on the device and keeps working through WiFi dead zones.
Questions
Natural language question and answer
A worker can ask the copilot a question about the task in front of them and get an answer in their own language, hands free.
SAP
It speaks SAP natively
Native bidirectional integration with SAP classic WM and SAP EWM. Warehouse orders flow in, pick confirmations flow back, with queue, stockout, and priority handling. No middleware.
Supervision
Supervisor dashboard
Every active worker in real time: zone, tier, pace, and errors, plus each worker's ramp curve and the exact moment the copilot changed their tier. The state of the shift in one screen.
Offline
Temporary delayed synchronization
Workers keep picking against the cached pick list when connectivity drops, and verification still runs on the device. Confirmations queue locally and write back when the connection returns. The write back is idempotent, so a replayed confirmation cannot be recorded twice.
V1 supported process scope
What version 1 picks, and what it does not.
A narrow scope you can verify is worth more than a broad one you cannot. If your operation runs a process on the roadmap side, say so early and we will tell you where it sits.

Exception handling
When a pick does not go to plan.
A picker who cannot complete a task needs a route, not a blocked screen. Each case below has one, and each one ends with a supervisor who can see what happened.
Short pick
The worker records the quantity actually available. The shortfall goes to the supervisor flow and the task closes against what was picked.
Damaged item
The worker flags the item rather than confirming it. The task routes to the supervisor flow with the bin and the SKU attached.
Unreadable barcode
Verification cannot confirm the item, so the copilot routes the task to the supervisor flow instead of asking the worker to proceed unverified.
Every exception is visible on the supervisor dashboard as it happens, with the worker, the bin, and the time attached.
Hardware
Enterprise glasses. Zero lock in.
APXR is a software company. The copilot runs on proven enterprise devices, and the same engine runs on Android tablets if you want to start without glasses.
Primary pilot device
Vuzix LX1
Purpose built for warehouse picking
APXR Supported
Vuzix M400
Monocular, IP67, Z87 frame kit
APXR Supported
RealWear Navigator 520
Highest ruggedization, Z87+
Fallback option
Android tablet or BYOD
Same copilot, zero hardware barrier
Monocular displays preserve peripheral vision and depth perception, which keeps EHS review straightforward in forklift environments.
Founding Pilot
$9,999. Ninety days. Your data decides.
Three founding pilot slots. We bring the glasses, configure the SAP connector, and run baseline versus APXR measurement with success criteria agreed before signature. The fee is fully creditable to your first rollout contract. If the numbers do not convince your team, you keep the report and walk away.
