Information we collect

When you apply for the APXR Pilot Program, we collect:

Why we collect it

• Evaluate pilot fit. To determine whether your operation meets our pilot criteria (SAP warehouse management, region, warehouse size).
• Contact you. To schedule a 30-minute discovery call within 48 hours of application.
• Improve our site. To understand which pages and content resonate with prospects.
• Comply with law. To meet record-keeping, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.

Who we share it with

APXR shares your information only with the service providers required to operate the website and respond to your application:

• Form delivery (Formspree). Pilot applications are submitted via Formspree, which transmits them to felipe@apxr.com. Formspree privacy policy.
• Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA). The pilot form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated submissions. Google receives your IP address and interaction data and sets cookies for this purpose, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Hosting (GoDaddy). Serves the site and stores server logs. GoDaddy also loads its own visitor measurement scripts on every page, which we do not control and cannot remove from the page source. GoDaddy privacy policy.
• Email (Google Workspace). Stores correspondence with applicants.
• Tag management (Google Tag Manager). Loads and manages the scripts described in this policy on every page. Loading it sends your IP address and browser information to Google, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Website analytics (Google Analytics 4). Delivered through Google Tag Manager. It records which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and basic device, browser and approximate location information, so we can tell which parts of the site are read. It sets first party cookies to recognise a returning browser and assigns a pseudonymous identifier to it. We do not use it for advertising. Google privacy policy.
• Website visitor identification (Apollo.io). Delivered through Google Tag Manager. It uses your IP address to infer the organization a visit comes from, which we use to understand which companies are looking at the site and to inform sales outreach. Apollo privacy policy.

Each provider is contractually obligated to handle data in line with this policy. We do not transfer data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

How long we keep it

• Pilot applications: Retained for 24 months from submission, then deleted unless you become a pilot partner.
• Pilot partner contracts: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Server logs: Rotated automatically after 90 days.
• Analytics: In Google Analytics, event data is deleted after 2 months and data associated with cookies and identifiers after 14 months, counted again from a browser's most recent activity. Aggregate reporting is not affected by either limit.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Know. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct. Ask us to fix any inaccurate information.
• Delete. Request that we delete your information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• Opt out. APXR does not sell or share personal information; there is nothing to opt out of. We will honor any "Do Not Sell or Share" requests by confirming this.
• Non-discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK residents have analogous rights under GDPR. To exercise any of them, email felipe@apxr.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

apxr.com does not set advertising cookies and runs no advertising network. Beyond the tags described below, the only measurement on the site is what our host loads. You can block any of it with Do Not Track or an ad-blocker — neither will degrade your experience of the site.

Every page loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads the two tags described in section 03. Google Analytics sets first party cookies named _ga and _ga_WK8XH8J1CN, which recognise a returning browser and group page views into a single visit. Apollo.io reads your IP address to infer the organization you are visiting from, and may set a first party cookie for that purpose. Neither is advertising and neither tracks you across other websites. Our host sets three cookies of its own, named _tccl_visit, _tccl_visitor and _scc_session, which we do not control. Blocking any of it with an ad-blocker or Do Not Track will not degrade your experience of the site.

The pilot application form loads Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection, which sets cookies and collects device and interaction data to tell humans from bots. This applies only on pages with the form (the homepage and /pilot); see Google's Privacy Policy.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported by our providers, role-based access). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact felipe@apxr.com immediately.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
