Field service fleets
Meters, testers and tools that come back off every truck at the end of a job.
For field service, telecom and rental teams whose returned equipment waits in a pile with no status. APXR gives every unit a status and a history. The glasses walk the receiver through the scan, the inspection and the put away, step by step, so good stock goes back into service and nobody has to guess what was checked.

PORTS AND CONNECTORS
Check each port for bent pins or corrosion. Any damage fails the unit.

Who it is for
Receiving covers everything that arrives at your dock, depot or yard: new stock, repaired units, and equipment coming back from the field. Returns are the hard part, because every unit has to be checked before anyone can trust it again.
Meters, testers and tools that come back off every truck at the end of a job.
Routers, modems and test gear coming back from installs, swaps and disconnects, each with its own serial number.
Generators, lifts and tools that come back from one job and have to be ready for the next.
Units going in and out of repair, where a status decides whether it ships, gets fixed or gets written off.
The problem
Units come back at the end of every shift and sit until someone has time. Until then they are not stock and they are not in repair.
A working unit waits on the floor while the same model is reordered or borrowed from another site.
The inspection lives on a paper sheet or in one person's head, so a unit that failed once can go back out on the next truck.
Nothing ties a fault to the serial number, so the same problem gets found, fixed and forgotten again.
How it works
Scan the barcode already on the unit, or print a label for one that has none. The glasses show what came back and start the inspection for that type of equipment.
One step at a time, the same steps for every unit of that type, in English or Spanish. The receiver says pass or fail and keeps both hands on the equipment. No glasses? The same flow runs on a phone.
Ready, repair or hold: the status decides the bin, and the put away stays locked until the right bin is scanned. Each result is logged against the serial number, the person and the time, so every unit keeps its history.

What the pilot sets up
No new system to learn first. We start where your data lives today and connect your ERP, field service or rental system only when the pilot calls for it.
Yes. That is where we start. We turn the checklist you use today into guided steps, one type of equipment at a time.
No. Glasses keep both hands on the equipment during an inspection. The same flow runs on a phone.
Nothing breaks. APXR runs alongside your current process first. If you run an ERP, a field service system or a rental system, we start from its export and connect when the pilot calls for it.
Founding Pilot
We turn your inspection checklist into guided steps, bring the glasses, and agree the success criteria with you before signature. The fee is fully creditable to your first rollout. If the numbers do not convince your team, you keep the report.
