We were three months into a greenfield SAP EWM implementation at Brazil's third largest air cargo terminal. The system was live. The pickers were trained. More than a third of US warehouse workers do not speak English as their first language. Turnover runs above forty percent. And every one of those numbers is treated as just how warehouses work.
